Occupational Therapy

Sensory Integration

Our therapists use activities and exercises to help children better process and respond to sensory input, such as touch, sight, sound, and movement.

Visual Motor

Improving the coordination of visual input with motor skills. Activities that enhance eye-hand coordination and visual perception are commonly included in paediatric occupational therapy.

Cognitive Skills

Our therapsist can work on cognitive skills, including attention, memory, problem-solving, and organizational abilities. These interventions aim to improve a child's overall cognitive functioning.

Fine Motor Skills

Improving fine motor skills, which involve the coordination and control of small muscles, such as those in the hands and fingers. Activities may include grasping, writing, cutting, and using utensils.

Self Care Skills

Our therapistshelp children develop independence in essential self-care activities, such as dressing, feeding, grooming, and toileting. The goal is to improve the child's ability to perform these tasks independently.

Behavioural Interventions

Therapists work with children to develop coping strategies, emotional regulation, and appropriate social behaviors.

Gross Motor Skills

Enhancing gross motor skills involves improving coordination and control of larger muscle groups. Therapists may focus on activities that help with balance, coordination, and overall body strength.

Social Skills

Working with children to develop their social interactions to assist with making meaningful relationships.

Parent/ Caregiver Education

Our therapists can provide education and strategies to support the child's development and progress outside of therapy sessions.
